G in three-quarter beige cloth with red cloth spine, lettered in gilt on spine, and in red on front. Top page edges gilt, and plain endpapers. Spine ends bumped, bottom of spine rubbed, a little bubbling to cloth on front, and a couple of marks to boards. Endpapers toned, spotting to fore- and bottom page edges, and slight lean. Lacking rear free endpaper.
