Margery Louise Allingham

1904 - 1966

Margery Allingham wrote over twenty crime fiction books, most of which featured her aristocratic amateur detective Albert Campion, aided by his valet Magersfontein Lugg. Her husband, Philip Youngman Carter, continued the series after her death.
